The business need to regularly change their password to avoid being hacked by people. If the password keep changing, it will be hard for people to crack it and leak the important information. Therefore, taking care of your account password is crucial.

3)      Take precautions

Another way to reduce risk is always take precaution while using the internet such as avoid click on unfamiliar links especially in an email. Clicking on unfamiliar links could lead to scams and it is dangerous as scams could take over any information also it might be a link to download malicious files such as virus trojan or malware.

4)      Back up data

The business need to ensure that all of their information backed up to increase security while using the internet. These allow business to run successfully even if their data is loss or the information is leaked to public as they can get rid of it while still having their backed up somewhere else.
